The Flora Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to mental health and therapeutic services for individuals and families who need it most. This isn't just about awareness—it's about real impact in our community.
We're partnering with F45 Training to bring you a high-energy, coach-led workout designed for all fitness levels. You'll move at your own pace, challenge yourself, and be guided every step of the way—no experience needed.
And the entire event will be captured by the one and only Koono Photography and Video—so expect some incredible moments you'll actually want to relive.
